Buyers are anxiously awaiting their turn to purchase a high-end residence at The Palmyra Resort & Spa at Rose Hall.
(ROSE HALL, JAMAICA) - March 7, 2006 - Buyers are anxiously awaiting their turn to purchase a high-end residence at The Palmyra Resort & Spa at Rose Hall, the first luxury beachfront condo hotel in Jamaica, leading the island's renaissance. To meet the overwhelming interest in the community, The Palmyra is hosting a Priority Launch Event May 5-6, 2006, at the neighboring Ritz-Carlton(r) Golf & Spa Resort at Rose Hall near Montego Bay.
The private event is only open to reservation holders and offers buyers pre-construction pricing in addition to other incentives, such as a one-week stay at The Palmyra's luxurious sister resort in Tuscany, Italy, Castello del Nero. The Palmyra team expects 500 buyers to attend, resulting in the sell-out of Phase I of the luxury condo hotel.
"The Launch Event is our opportunity to highlight the quality of our community while offering buyers exciting incentives," said Robert T. Trotta, moving force behind the European-based Resort Properties Group and developer of The Palmyra. "Considering the high level of interest to date, The Palmyra's real estate offering is primed for a very quick sell-out."
The developers are offering pre-construction pricing ranging from the $500s to $3.5 million through the completion of the Priority Launch Event, affording reservation holders the opportunity to purchase before prices increase. Interested buyers are given the chance to choose their luxury residence or villa on a first come, first serve basis based on how early they secured their reservation through a refundable deposit.
Launch Schedule
The entire launch promises to be an exciting experience for participants, as The Palmyra has orchestrated a weekend of relaxation and pampering.
Friday, May 5 will be a welcome reception from 7pm to 10pm for all reservation holders, where they can meet the development and sales team including Trotta and Michele Rollins, chairman of Rose Hall Limited and co-developer of The Palmyra. The reception will feature live music from a local Jamaican band, cocktails including the house specials—The Palmatini and Witches Brew, and hors d'oeuvres.
Reservation holders will have a set appointment time on Saturday, May 6, commencing at 8:00 am and ending at 6:00 pm and lasting approximately two to three hours, to select and purchase their residence. Those with impending appointments may arrive up to 30 minutes early to go through The Palmyra lifestyle corridor, a scaled re-creation of the community. At the scheduled time, the buyer will enter a larger area where they can select their residence and finalize their contract.
Reservation holders will also have the option of playing a round of golf at one of Rose Hall's three internationally-renowned courses—the White Witch, Cinnamon Hill and Half Moon—getting pampered at the Ritz spa, touring the Rose Hall Great House or a multitude of other waterfront activities.
To orchestrate the event, The Palmyra engaged Orlando-based real estate sales company CMI, which specializes in sales program design, management and execution, in order to maximize sales velocity for residential communities.
