Palm tree lined beach and swimming pools

Two swimming pools overlook the sea, swimming cove and private white sand beach where guests can enjoy lounging on Bali beds under the palm trees with a tropical drink. More than US$3 million is being invested in the creation of a magnificent white sand beach along The Palmyra's oceanfront view, giving residents the luxury of a swimming beach with the powder white sand and calm turquoise waters.

Butterfly fish, Angelfish, Parrotfish and Doctorfish are only some of the tropical species that inhabit the sea in front of The Palmyra, where water sports include snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking and more.

Beach concierges as well as bar & snack service will be available at the beach, catering to resident's every need.

Said Larry Pickell, Director of Construction at The Palmyra; "We are working in close collaboration with the National Environment Planning Agency (NEPA) to ensure minimal impact to the surrounding marine environment. By moving marine sea grass and coral heads, we are able to dredge the bottom and provide a clear, sandy swimming beach to our residents and guests."

A 400 foot walkway along the western groynes leads to a beautiful Gazebo, perfect for a tropical island wedding. Said Pickell; "We are proud to be creating a beach environment that preserves our marine life, and at the same time gives our buyers and guests a beautiful setting that they can fully enjoy with their families."
